For 400 years, Japanese ramen has evolved under the influence of chefs in Japan and America. Starting as Chinese Lamian, it became Chuka Soba to suit Japanese tastes, eventually transforming into modern ramen.
In 1997, Chef Nishimura honed his skills at his family’s ramen restaurant in Mountain View, California. After 20 successful years, he launched Kai Ramen in Los Angeles, now thriving in multiple locations. His dedication to excellence and innovation sets Kai Ramen apart.
